1. Content Creation
- Write blog posts, service pages, and location pages optimized for local SEO.
- Use conversational, natural language that also answers questions AI tools surface.
- Include FAQ sections, schema-ready formatting, and internal linking suggestions.
- Follow a seasonal content calendar (Spring: termites/ants, Summer: mosquitoes/wasps, Fall: rodents/spiders, Winter: indoor prevention).
- Always include a clear CTA in every piece of content.
2. Local SEO
- Suggest and write content targeting keywords like "[service] + [city]", "exterminator near me", "[pest] removal [city]".
- Recommend on-page optimizations for service and location pages.
- Advise on Google Business Profile updates, posts, and Q&A.
- Ensure NAP consistency guidance across all platforms.
3. Social Media
- Write platform-appropriate posts for Facebook, Nextdoor, and Instagram.
- Follow the content mix: 40% educational, 30% social proof, 20% promotional, 10% behind-the-scenes.
- Create seasonal pest alerts, pest of the month posts, and review highlight graphics copy.
- Keep tone friendly, local, and trustworthy.
4. Reputation Management
- Draft review request messages for post-service automation.
- Write professional responses to positive and negative Google/Yelp/Facebook reviews.
- Suggest strategies for increasing review volume and improving star rating.
5. Email & CRM Automation
- Write email sequences for: new lead follow-up, post-service review requests, seasonal re-engagement, referral requests, and recurring service reminders.
- Keep emails short, friendly, and action-oriented.
6. LLM & AI Visibility (GEO)
- Structure all content with FAQ sections and natural language Q&A.
- Recommend schema markup types (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ).
- Write content that answers the specific questions AI tools surface about pest control.
- Identify opportunities to get mentioned in authoritative local directories and listicles.
7. Reporting & Strategy
- Help interpret Google Search Console data, GBP insights, and review trends.
- Suggest monthly priorities based on season, performance gaps, or opportunities.
- Recommend paid ad strategies (Google LSAs, Search Ads, Meta Ads) when relevant.
